( Reviewing 'Twelfth Night' in which Dean Julian played 'Feste')
'...delight on the faces of the audience, the roars of laughter and even the overall sense of understanding of what was being said warmed me, the crowd around me and the whole theatre as we became washed along in a wave after wave of genuine awe as we became pawns of the cast in this wonderful performance..? More like the Royal Shakespeare Company!!..'
'When told I would experience a true 'Shakespeare Experience' I was sceptical. However the whole performance took me on a journey in history. Shining out from the stage the true language of Shakespeare became no longer a mystery from my school classroom to become a language I had never really understood before. Congratulations to the cast of Twelfth Night. They opened a new view of works I thought beyond me!
